By booking a taxi through GoaCabs, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.

• All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
• Quoted prices include fuel and driver charges unless stated otherwise.
• Tolls, parking or permit charges may depend on trip type and quoted package details.
• Payment may be accepted through cash, UPI or other agreed methods.
• For long-distance or special trips, advance confirmation may be required.

• Free cancellation may be available for sufficiently early notice.
• Late cancellations may attract charges depending on the trip and driver allocation.
• No-shows may be charged up to the full booking amount.
• For outstation or custom trips, longer cancellation notice may be required.

• Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop information.
• Waiting time limits may apply depending on local, airport or custom bookings.
• Smoking and alcohol consumption inside the vehicle are not allowed.
• Passengers are responsible for personal belongings carried during the trip.
• Special requests such as child seats or pets should be informed in advance.

GoaCabs is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, strikes, force majeure events or other circumstances outside reasonable control. Liability, where applicable, is limited to the extent permitted by law.

• Flight timing may be monitored when flight details are shared in advance.
• Reasonable waiting time may be included depending on the airport pickup type.
• Additional waiting charges may apply beyond the included waiting period.
• Meeting-point or arrival coordination may vary by airport and terminal conditions.

We may update routes, prices, vehicle availability or operating policies from time to time. The latest booking confirmation shared with the customer will govern the trip details.
